Individual Therapy

Life can be overwhelming! Are you struggling with challenges, feeling unable to move toward your goals, or even unsure of what your goals or purpose might be?

Are past experiences preventing you from engaging in a meaningful life or creating valuable fulfilling connections with those around you?

I’m here to listen, validate, and reflect your voice back to you. I will challenge you, too, when needed, to think about your situation in different ways or from a different perspective. I am trained in evidence-based care, and deliver it with warmth, understanding, and with an individualized approach that allows me to meet you where you are instead of trying to fit you into a protocol. If it turns out that I’m not a great fit, however, I will always refer you out to another provider who I think might match your needs. If I don’t have someone in mind, specifically, I will refer you to other highly qualified providers in your area.
